Story: A little dance sequence with a girl dancing in front of a flashy background to a funky kind of music. |

Directors comment: This was my first test with the software 'Magix Music Maker 7'. This is a software to make own music and produce a video clip for it. First I made the music and then I experimented with the blue screen effect. The animation is nothing spectecular. Only 42 frames to let the dancing girl rotate repeatingly. While filming I took a blue sheet of paper as background. But in the film the background had shadows, so it wasn't clear blue. The result was, that the background became a little bit 'noisy'. Other problems were blue reflections on the figure and the blue eyes of the dancing girl. Looked not very nice ... After more than a month I started to improve the video. I saved the animation as a series of bitmaps and selected in each picture the background as good as possible to fill with clear green. Now the blue (green) screen effect looks much more better. The background animation is a combination of some visual effects also made with Music Maker software. |
