Directors comment: This film was made for "A Peculiar Event" contest on brickfilms.com. Until then I made no film with dialogs and sound effects and it was the first time I made a film script before starting. The contest had a special award called "The Mr Roger Award" for most clever use of the phrase "Hey, that's my monkey!". I made a little song which was used in the 'chair dance sequence' and won that prize. There were 28 entries, but unfortunately I failed to come into the 'Top Ten'. |
